I work for a company that pays their staff well. With my masters degree I make $42,000 annually. The lowest paid associate I work with makes $88,000. My boss makes $172,000. How is it that no one can live without me and I get paid crap? |

We had a meeting a work. No layoffs and bonuses are being paid this year. I am so lucky. |

I miss the days when we could get drunk and pass out in our secret hiding place for hours out of the work day. Everything has changed now and all the sudden this low paying BS job has no perks. I wish McDonalds was hiring. |

I hope that when Monday comes, by some fucking miracle you have changed, and you come to work, shut the fuck up, and do your fucking job. For once. |

I love my boss and I love my job. The company I work for is SO family oriented and so unbelievably understanding about my single parent status. Unfortunately it is just small enough there is no where for me to move up when I finish my degree in a couple of weeks. This makes me sad. :( |

I can't wait to see the look on my boss's face when I walk into work on Monday with the makings of a Franz Josef. Oh this will be priceless... |

My boss is always hitting on me. He gives me the best job positions and i know it's now because i am qualified.... it's because he thinks i'm hot. How sad. Also i work with this girl that i really hate (possibly because my boss likes me?!?!?) and i put up with her snobby s*** all day but now, the war is ON!!!!! Should make the office more interesting. |

You know, sometimes the Powers That Be are right. You were 'let go" because they eliminated your job, but you eliminated it long before it was on paper. You refused to do 90% of what you were asked to do, and you have a giant ego about stuff you actually aren't very good at. Maybe instead of sending whiny emails and doing drama queen histrionics on Facebook, you can spend this downtime taking a good hard look at yourself and why you don't have a job now. No love,
your former coworker (who is getting your old office and a HUGE chunk of your former salary!) |

My boss questioned me about working only 40 hours a week when he works 60+. I told him I only get paid for 40. My parents didn't work sweatshop jobs to put me through college so that I can suffer their same long hour work day fate. |
