I hate this conference call. It takes so long to get through the open tasks that by time that part's over, even if I have something to discuss I just say I don't because I don't want this crap to last any longer. |

The rumors are flying around here! Lay-offs! Restructuring! Budget cuts! People are starting to make themselves look important to keep their jobs. Other people are oblivious. My favorite are the people who are mid-level (non-management) and walk around like they know what is going to happen. You aren't in the meetings and your opinion really doesn't count worth squat. If they cared what we thought or wanted, they would ask us. Senior management has made their decisions. Now it is time to sit back and see where all the sh*t settles. |

You know you're not busy when your e-mail times out and you don't even notice... then when you log back in, there are no new messages. *sigh* |

I understand why everyone hates Outlook now. Is there a way to make it stop eating attachments? |

I am wondering how long it will take before the "new" guy decides to learn the software on his own. Seriously, it's been 7 months already dude. I learned it on my own, and so do all the other users across the country--there are no trainers--that's the beauty of an internet subscription to a user-friendly, proprietary database. My 74 year old aunt uses it for pete's sake. |

I think women who seek new jobs while they are pregnant, only to announce upon being hired that they will soon be taking maternity leave, are ASSHOLES. I'm a woman and would never pull that shit. So, thanks for making the rest of us look bad. You are just plain stupid. Why should a woman not look for a job while pregnant if she needs one. When men can bare children then we women will be happy to look for job "non" pregnant. I bet you you are the same one saying "I hate that women have children and go on gov't assistance, I should not have to pay" you're the asshole, men do not have to disclose any "medical" anything when they go on interviews, nor should we if it not to our advantage, and goes against our survival needs. |

My job is like a bad relationship, you want to get out but you're used to it and feel like you need it. And with the economy the way it is you stay because you feel like you can't do any better right now. I should have been born rich. |
